We didn't know about it, so it was an awesome surprise to catch them socializing! Unfortunately, Eli lost his balloon, but Gracie's stayed firmly tied to her arm. The little boy next to Eli is Aidan, and they can almost say his name. The girl next to Gracie is Caitlin - she has big parents. The cupcakes were delicious, another bonus of arriving during the party :).
As many of you will know, Ella was really ill over the weekend. We took her to the Dr on Monday and she was diagnosed with a serious throat infection. She was put on a course of anti-biotics and given SynapForte for the pain, which didn't help much. 48 hours later she is doing so much better - thank you Lord!!
More FANTASTIC news is that we have another member in the larger Slatter clan - Stu and Tracey were blessed with Thomas Ethan last Wednesday - he's the best of both of them, we're very stoked for them!
We have also started to plan our Oz trip for next year, need to look into passports and visas now - we are so excited and can't wait to have our whole family together again - it'll be five and a half years since we were all together! Michael Hoppe was only 6 months old!
