A long time has passed since I have actually written something... but most of you all seem quite content with the video content that we've posted! Maybe it's true, that if a picture says a thousand words, perhaps a movie says even more! But this is not the time for philosophy, it's too cold here for that.

We currently have El's brother, Anthony, staying with us. He wanted to come up and visit whilst his girlfriend was on Holiday, and the twins have loved having their uncle to play with! It is always so good to have family here. Dion was up a few weeks back for a meeting in Pretoria, and it co-incided with Matthew Smit's birthday party, so that was nice to have him with us to share that memory. Uncle Drew also managed to pop in for some coffee!

Eli & Grace are really growing so nicely, we haven't weighed them in a while, but reckon he must be about 7kgs and Grace around the 6kgs mark. They both sit really well, Grace tries to stand when she on our laps and she's also trying to work out how crawling works. Eli's first two teeth are coming out, so much excitement there too!

Eli is still happy just to sit at watch the world... he's turbo chilled! Grace is full of beans, she is so active and will more than likely rule the roost...

Our church building has come so far already, we are busy waiting for the roof and discussing paint colours, all the plastering is done for the sanctuary and the offices, so GOD's favour has definately been with this project. With the money we had, we were hoping to just get to roof height on the sanctuary alone, the roof and offices were going to be phase 2 & 3, but we're here already with the cash we had!

We were also blessed at home as Owen sponsored us his painter and some new paint to facelift the outside of our cottage as well as the passage and all the door and window frames. A fresh splash of colour makes such a difference!

A few weeks ago, El and I bought a TV stand/cabinet in anticipation of the crawling fest that our house is about to become, and we throught it wise to buy an unpainted piece of furniture and stain it ourselves. Wisdom, as it turns out, doesn't always mean cutting costs to do-it-yourself. The thing is still in our passage, still unfinished, and I still manage to walk into it at least once a day. Anyway, we've finished the first coat...

We are planning a trip to CT in October for Marcelle's wedding and simply can't wait to see many of you again. I've been working through all our old photos on the Mac and it's brought back so many cherished memories! We are blessed to have you all in our lives!

Love you all, may GOD rock your world today!
